Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation & Deposit Policy
We understand that life happens and unexpected situations may arise. For all services that require a deposit—including color services, perms, hair extensions, and similar treatments—the following policy applies:
• Loyalty Program Members & Repeat Clients:
As a valued part of our Client Loyalty Program, you are eligible for one waived cancellation fee per 12-month period. If you cancel an appointment without providing at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment one time during that period.
• New Clients:
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
We kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us accommodate other clients and manage our schedule more efficiently. Thank you for your understanding and support.
